Our daughter arrived at Insight with some degree of willingness to participate, but this disappeared the next day and was replaced by rage for being taken there by surprise and fear for the loss of liberty she then understood may last 30 days.She actually walked out the door twice, but agreed to return when approached by staff.To our surprise, after a few days there,she told us that Insight was a solid program and she knew she belonged there, and admitted she was an addict. She had started working the steps of AA, started making amends and showed an obvious change in her perspective about blame, addiction, understanding that resuming ties with former addicts would be a threat to a sobriety which she clearly prized.She is better now and started enjoying her life and that is all thanks to Insight. We would highly recommend the program at Insight, and are very grateful for their dedication and passion for teens in this situation.
