I've refinanced numerous times with several different mortgage companies because I've always been lied to by all the loan officers that I came into contact witt... until I came across Innovative Lending. My loan officer was honest from the beginning explaining every step of the process and every fee that I had to pay for teh loan. It was never covered up. Best service and I'm so grateful to have finally found someone I can trust!
