SAVE YOUR MONEY - please do not order any services from this company. I ordered one single report with similar full year access. Less than 5 minutes later after seeing that I was clearly mislead( the report was incomplete AND to get additional services I would need to pay even more - The Fee was just to be able to access their website), I contacted the company to cancel the service. I have to give them one positive note - They did cancel the service right away - meaning they would not charge me anything further. YET they still charged me for the full 12 months of service and the report. I should also add that before I purchased this report I was looking at a single report for $9.95. Then it also gave the option of a full year subscription for $35 - no where did it indicate that each additional report would be even more fees. ............So essentially I ended up paying $35 for a report that was not what I expected, and access to a website that I would never want to use. I can document everything I have stated absolutely as I purchased everything through PAYPAL. I feel that this company is using misleading practices. They were not clear that they would charge for the full year of service regardless with no refunds. Their refund policy was only made clear AFTER I canceled. BUYER BEWARE...... If I could put 0 stars as a rating I absolutely would. I wish I had checked them out here before completing my transaction. Based on the complaint history it appears that I am not alone. How exactly do they still have an A- rating???!! I suppose the current amount of 192 complaints is not enough!......... Lastly, I have also filed a complaint with the FTC, and the California Attorney General due to their misleading practices to see if perhaps they can help to prevent others from being taken advantage of. *************************** UPDATE********************** Apparently I was able to get their attention and they changed their tune - Initially I was told on the email regarding my cancellation that "Note that canceling your membership does not result in a refund of any previous payments - it only halts future membership charges from occurring." Now their "Policy" seems to have changed, and a full refund is in the works. I have to give them kudos for changing their stance, and in a timely manner. Unfortunately it seems that the earlier reviewers were not given the same treatment... Based on the previous record, a consumer will need to file a complaint with the FTC and CA Attorney General's Office to get a refund. That is what got results for me.
