Throwing out app users

Super active user gets thrown out. According to helpdesk because she is not active. They only look at the last login, but on a phone you don't have to login. They should check last activity. Telling them they are wrong doesn't help, because they have a protocol. So all your items gone, all your investment gone and they just dont want to hear that they are wrong. Pretty hardheaded
