I purchased the magic bullet duo on line from Homeland Housewares for a holiday gift. I was unaware that I apparently ordered some kind of vitamin product with it because it was stated on my order. When I phoned back to inquire about it, they stated that I had agreed to order this 'monthly' payment and vitamins would be shipped to me. Again, I was unaware that I needed to 'uncheck' a box, because I did not intend to order that and insisted that it be removed from my future orders. One month later, (this week in January) I received a $29.99 charge on my account - due to that very vitamin order. When I called them back, they now said I would need to send them the product back before I get a refund. Thank you, but no thanks. I don't believe this is the way a company should be run, and I will not order from them again.
