Looks like there are many people who shared my experience. We rented a condo in Malibu. Deposit of $1500 was paid 5 months early (May 2008). Now almost a year and they refuse to return it. Also couldn't even stay in condo at first due to fleas...they said would pay for our hotel. Then missing towels, said would reimburse. In total I'm out about $2000. I have contacted David by phone to coordinate civil lawsuit. Isn't there something CRIMINAL about their behaviors????
