WOW !!! I bought an expensive 60" TV, that broke right after the warranty ran out. So my husband called the Manufacturer, and was told that this problem will be covered under extended warranty. They gave us a couple numbers to call. So we called the toll free number fist. After a run around, we got frustrated, and called the local number. After a couple of tries we got a hold of these really nice people at HI-TECH TV. We told them the problem, and before we got to tell them that our TV should be covered under extended warranty, THEY TOLD ME not to worry, we bought a great Brand, the TV repair will be coverd by the Manufacturer. That is one honest Company. The other people all wanted money to come out and check! But not these people. Everything went smooth, they took my TV, 24hrs later they brought it back-fixed. CLASS ACT. I wish everything was this easy and pleasant. THEY ARE THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
