When I started the refinancing process with Guild Mortgage, I wasn't sure what to expect, as I never heard of the company. Today my loan got funded. I am pleased with the outcome, especially the great service I got from Kevin Laursen. Kevin went out of the way and helped me to tackle the loan type transition from primary resident to investment property. Most importantly he was diligent in monitoring the loan rates ad securing the best rate for me while I was travelling. He even offered to have a notary service done in China to assure the closing of the loan on time (still I decided to complete the closing in the US for my own convenience)! He also got me the rate that he promised and properly managed the high demands of the underwriters in a timely manner. Outstanding job, Kevin, and thank you! Henry.
