I lost money and gained nothing.

I have been using Guardian Clients for a year. My debt was 57K they only settled 15K I have paid them more than they settled. They are continuing with my payments so I had my bank account closed. During this time I have not been able to contact them (only a few times). They do not return messages. Sometimes they claimed they had not set up their voice mail, now when you call their voice mail is full.One of our creditors took us to court and put leans on my property. One of their employees did not even know what the company's function is and when I explained the purpose of my call she said "you just called to argue" and "you are just in a bad mood." She also said if you buy a car you have to pay all of it. She wasn't aware of and had no knowledge of debt negotiation.
