To be honest this company does not even deserve the single star I gave it. If negative energy was tangible I would give a rating of 0 stars or less. Most companies understand the customers right to access of knowledge. Well not this one. Employess routinely harass customers and refuse to give imprtant information regarding plans for the future. The only reason I remained a customer for as long as I did is because of the amazing product that they have and that was not available elsewhere. However their service left an absurd amount to be desired and degraded the quality of this product to the point where I can no longer avoid this company's flaws regardless of how much I once enjoyed their product.
