I've had great experiences with this company over the years. I have been a customer with them since 2005 and they have always provided good customer service for me. While it's not the largest company and staff is obviously limited they always respond relatively quick to complaints and offer assistance whenever needed.
This is a great company to do business with.
I look forward to seeing further expansion and new products from Gravity.
