When I first started to plan my wedding, I was overwhelmed with all of the tasks involved. After searching endlessly on the Internet, I discovered Gianna's private estates. On the first phone call I had a friendly person to talk to; not a voice recording or a voicemail. During that conversation, Gianna not only had all of the answers but she gave me endless advice. I thought that if she is a good enough business person to share her knowledge with someone who's isn't her client yet, then she is worth getting to know better. After our first meeting, my mom, my dad and my now husband needed no convincing Gianna was the person for the job. Throughout the entire planning process Gianna was always available, and if not, returned my phone calls and emails in a matter of hours and/or minutes. I always felt like her priority. And on the day of, words cannot describe how calm I felt knowing Gianna was making sure everything was perfect. I'm a type-A person, but on that special day, my wedding day, I easily left it up to Gianna, who completely surpassed any of my expectations for that day. Now my only problem is finding another excuse to use her again!
