What a piece of garbage, I so wish I did my research, I was just convinced that it was a good deal, and that I made my purchase through hsn.com which is a retailer that I respect and several purchases from, I am shocked, to say that I was sold a lemon, or maybe I wasn't go by all the previous reviews I am now seeing I guess there computers are just garbage period! My laptop hasn't given me issues since day one and I have sent it back several times for repair, since it came with 2 years warranty, well now I am just about disgusted with these guys, I am looking to buy my next laptop soon because I use it to work from home, but next direction is Mac all the way!
