I got some great information from these guys. I came across one of their articles when searching mortgage rates on Google and read that current mortgage rates were at 4.625 percent "according to FreeRateUpdate.com research". I was in the process of a loan at 5.25 percent which I thought was a good rate because I had read some other information that stated rates were a bit higher, I think it was from the Wall Street Journal. To make a long story short I told my loan officer I had read that mortgage rates were at 4.6, gave him the link to www.freerateupdate.com and told him I wanted that rate. He said "let me see what I can do" and believe it or not called me back within 30 minutes letting me know he lowered my mortgage rate. If it didn't save me a bunch of money I wouldn't be taking my time to write this review I just think it's so awesome!
