I also had the same experience with fitness gt. After some bs line about my plug being a 220 line (it was 110 like the rest of the room) Carlos said that my motherboard on my elliptical was burnt out, and the part was 378 dollars which needed to be paid upfront. After months of unreturned phone calls and emails i took matters into my own hands. I posed as a customer and had him come to a different house. I showed him these reviews on my laptop. He called the "main office" and in spanish told someone that he didn't have the money but I wouldn't let him leave. He then assured the person the police were not involved. I made him drive me to an ATM machine where he gave me my money back... AFTER 4 MONTHS. He said it was a family business and he was only a middle man. Do not use this company. Obvious scam.
