I've been around for 63 years, and I've covered the entire customer service spectrum : pretty bad....pretty good.....somewhere in the middle. However, for the first time in my life, I have had the pleasure of having a company go to the ends of the earth to make me happy. They stop at nothing. They love their customers. I want to single out one very special gentleman, whom I now consider a friend. You know who you are. Thank you...thank you ...for pulling out all the stops when it came to my happiness.
