The Ferrari / Maserati Service department is unfortunately terrible. It is just simple trickery of the consumers wit and integrity. With ignorant petty charges and unusually business practices. Ferrari /Maserati Beverly Hill service Dept really fulfills their name......??? Left there not a happy customer and feeling of being taking advantage of. Guaranteed better service at their other local sister stores. Steps I had to achieve to realize the good from bad.
