I don't normally ever write a bad review, but this is not only because of the bad service, but to warn others NOT to go here. Approx. Two and half months ago I was walking with my eldest daughter in the Oakridge Mall and decided to take her for a pedicure. She is 11 years old. I asked if they would like cash, the pedicurist said, "Yes, that would be great." So...I get up, leave my daughter to walk around the salon and head into Target, just around the corner. I grab a gatoraide for my daughter, and water for myself, and take out some cash at the same time. While I am gone, they cut so far down into my daughters right toe, causing her pain and even made her bleed,that By the next day, her toe was red and swollen. We eventually went into the doctors about a week later and were treated with antibiotics. That didn't help. We went for a second treatment and got a culture. Culture came back with a bad infection, most likely caused by dirty implements in their salon and because of them cutting deep into my child's toe, and because of this she got a severe ingrown toe nail, leading to the removal of both sides of her toe nail. Awful! Undue pain and trauma for an 11 year old girl!! I went in on Dec. 18th to tell them of the problems with their service, and their manager did not even get up out of her station to talk to me. So...I broadcast my disgust to the whole salon of approx. Six ppl that cutting into my daughters toe not only gave her an infection, but also caused her to have surgery for the ingrown toe nail she got from them cutting deep into the sides of her toe. All this pain for a pedicure done badly and wrong. My suggestion, DONT GO HERE. I wish I would have looked at yelp and read the bbb reports on this salon! Awful!
