Three days ago I called you for what I thought would be a quick and simple service call to remove a blockage in my sewer line. It fell to Juan to be the bearer of bad tidings that my problem was neither quick nor simple. He had reamed out the entire line and had come up against something that would not yield..in the lateral line. He explained clearly what that meant for me and just as clearly, what the company could do to fix it. By noon the very next day the hole had been dug, the blockage removed and the second blockage in the 6" section of the pipe was clearly visible on the camera monitor. The response to a call for the field manager, Harmik, was immediate. His assessment of the situation was thorough as was his explanation of the process he was planning to use. The next morning some very impressive machinery and a whole crew of equally impressive guys arrived. They came, they worked, they cleaned up, and left me with a front yard looking as if nothing had happened. It was exactly 48 hours from start to finish. Impressive. Please know how grateful I am for all that help.
