•Unacceptable level of noise throughout all hours of the night: Water heater calcium deposits, faulty construction that does not appropriately baffle noise from the residents above. •Safety: Unacceptable number of robberies, over then within the last year, with no action taken by the property management to mitigate them. Transients can be seen pillaging trash receptacles on property grounds on a daily basis. •Upkeep of property: Unresolved carpet stains, damaged window screen, inoperative broiler in oven, dog feces and urine in hallway through property grounds.
