I DO NOT RECOMMEND ELI TRANSPORT!! They are liars!
When I scheduled my move with Charles I wasn't 100% positive that I would be moving but wanted to make sure I had it set up just in case. They require a 10% deposit( which I learned later do not ever do ) I made sure to ask if I could get my deposit back if I had a change of plans. I was told by Charles that as long as I cancel with in 72 hours of moving, my deposit would be 100% refunded. Well, I got a another story when I called to cancel. John the general manager said they have never given a refund in 9 years,which I find very hard to believe. Basically called me a liar, telling me Charles never said I could get a refund...BS!!!
Don't trust them!!!
