I consider myself a savvy consumer and do all of my homework when purchasing anything or using any service. When I listed my information on line that I was going to be moving... I was overwhelmed with emails and phone calls. Sales people giving me ridiculous quote - way too cheap/way too high. I do know that you get what you pay for!! After speaking with many companies I decided to use Eli Transport - their price was very competitive. I felt that their contract best suited my needs with their flat, binding and guaranteed rate. I needed to make several changes to my inventory and had no issues. Their customer service department was very knowledgeable helping me every step of the way with any questions that I had. They gave me very helpful suggestions on how to pack some of my more fragile items - which saved me money and worries about my things getting from Spokane WA to Allentown PA without incident. When the driver arrived the day of the move he had my detailed list that I provided and was very diligent to make sure that everything was handled with care and wrapped correctly. The truck arrived in PA in less than 10 days to my surprise. The same team unloaded everything and put it all exactly where I wanted it. The rest of my family will be moving from WA to PA in the next couple of months and we will be using Eli Transport again. Overall, I found them to be reliable, dependable and very professional from start to finish. Thank you for making a very stressful situation breathable.
