I was in the market to find a new place to rent. (my lease was up and I needed something bigger) I looked thru the infamous, "Craigslist" in my area of town. This company listed alot of beautiful homes for rent. When I called to get more info, this guy from Pakistan asked me for my credit card #. He said in order to view properties for rent and thier locations I needed to pay a one time only fee of, $149.00 Then, if I still wanted to search for more properties, I would be charged $12 per each search. I was so surprised. I told him, "why would I pay for something before checking it out?" He said if I was not satisfied that i would get my money back. He said that the $149 was for deed transfers and home title ownership. I think this is a scam. You all need to post a warning to others who might be naieve into giving these people money up front. They neede to be investigated further.
