I have written for this company for almost a year. I have found the experience to be rather nice overall. There are some technical problems of course, and at times the teams may struggle with consistency, but it is a good, professional experience for anyone who is interested. It takes a little getting used to, especially when it comes to the writers and copy editors working together, but the system works well.
Writers can seek help from the help desk or inside the forums, and the editors will help you as they edit your work. As time goes on it becomes easier to understand and work quickly. The pay is quite nice for the work, and the wait time for edits is rarely more than a few days. Pay is bi-weekly and there are hundreds of thousands of titles to choose from in a variety of categories and formats.
Overall a professional and enlightening experience.
