BAD chrome
in 2015, I purchased a set of fat spoke wheels for a customer. received the wheels, mounted the tires and the chrome peeled right off the front wheel BIG flakes too. called customer service, was told to send pictures and other info. did so.....nothing. called again and was told to re-send pictures and other info. did so.....again no response, then again, no response. went to my sales rep, and he asked customer service to respond...... again nothing. e-mailed my sales rep again, he tried again. finally customer service responded with request for MORE pictures. did so. answer from them was of course "my fault". this was a BRAND NEW steel wheel. I have over the past 50 years mounted thousands of tires and have had this happen on aluminum mags from time to time, but NEVER on a BRAND NEW steel wheel. this has been going on for over a year and a half. now, they won't respond to my e-mails. this is just plain bad chrome. I would think that for as much as I paid for these wheels that they would care more about their customers. I am, to say the least, disappointed.
