Custom Protective Services' security guards at AMC18 Del Amo are courteous, friendly and very helpful and well-dressed. I'm talikng about Pierre. When you come in at the theater, you will see this man with a big smile and take your tickets then he said in a polite way to enjoy the movie. He is better than AMC employees' customer service. I asked him for a favor and he did it without hesitation. I watched him how he does his work.Pierre is one tough guy and still friendly to other customers.
There is another guard named, Jonathan, who my mom asked him to keep an eye on me because I am the only girl inside the movie theater while she is out. Jonathan stayed by inside doorway. My mom felt that I am in good hands. I did feel that I am safe.
Your rating is only 5 stars. I think, they, Pierre and Jonathan, deserved more than 5 stars. I will give Pierre and Jonathan very high recommedation, ten stars general.
