Back in the day, I found these folk sitting on MontgomeryWardsCreditCardSecurityLifetimeMember-data. We chatted online and on phone and I heard they're providing entitled lifetime members with CCS's "VIP MEMBER BENEFITS." (a brochure outlines its benefits as a truncated version of MWCCS Member Handbook's)
But today, again btw, its phone staff pretend not to know me. Josh says, our system's down, try calling us back. When? Oh, at least ninety minutes. Why don't try calling Montgomery Wards? Jonathan, Josh's Sup, picks up thirty minutes later to deny he'd told Josh to say that but then basically reinforces his belief that no one cares how I got their VIP benefit brochure, they aint supporting sheet from MWCCS plan members lifetime or temporarily. It took them two hours to upchuck what inside its closet.
To review, it offered me its VIP membership earlier as a no cost outcome for my earlier purchase of MWCCS-LifetimeMembership. The outlet wards.com corroborated their finding that MW's assets were sold off but they'd only picked up online operation, not support for MWCCS as CCS apparently did at least verbally over the past several years. So in closing, if they're capable of lip-serving folks in this way, I'd steer clear of any sort of purchase from such a predatory organization.
