Thanks for the info they have my $1886 since May I have tried to contact creative since Monday and no answer except on Tue when a woman answered and told me that they were leaving the office and I would have to call back tomorrow. I am tired of calling and being told either to callback in one week or that they are waiting for a contract to come back. In June I was told that it was sold and all they were waiting for was the financing to be done and that the buyer had already put 20% down as a none refundable deposit only to be told that the buyer had a loss of income and couldn't get financing I asked what happens now and they said they will keep marketing my resort at no extra cost.My question is If they shut them down what happens to all our money we paid?Hope we get answers .
