This is a scam! I was stupid and believed Mike Warren when he called me, stupidly signed the ridiculous contract because I had nothing to lose at that point. Well, I have since been promised my refund OVER A MONTH AGO by Laura Mondo who says she misinterpreted my e mail and by Jessica Gonzalez who says she turned it over to her supervisor(after telling me she was in charge of her dept). DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE. The rating was a B+ when I started. They should be ranked on the garbage scale. I have reported to the Atty. General of FL. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone and you are VERY lucky if you get an e mail response. I am very sorry that I fell into their trap!
