This so called company is EXTREMLY rude and un-professional!!! We have had a account with them for a little over 3 years and have had trouble in the past paying on time. I have experienced very rude degrading comments from more then one rep. I have been told that since our job closed the doors and left the country that we "don't need or deserve a car"!! They have called many people in our family and friends as well. They weren't so bad until we basically began paying on the principal and had interest out of the way! When speaking with a rep and asking to be transferred to their boss or someone above them they say NO!!!!! I had to call them over and over to speak with someone else and everytime I would call the person that answered the phone would transfer me right back to the person that would speak to me as if I were a child! Needless to say I don't answer the phone anymore because the stress. The way they talk and their threats are too much. I now ignore their calls and call in the payment when I have it! That way I never hear their rude remarks and repo threats. Works for me. But before you finance a car/truck/van be sure you do NOT get this company!!! You will more then likely get them if you have had a bankruptcy or credit issues. I would rather walk 30 miles then lease a car through this company!!!!@
