I wanted to take a few minutes and write abouth the quality service Computer Doctors has provided my company. These days we are often put on hold, calls are not returned, and the quality of service one receives is usually not what is expected. In the case of Computer Doctors I was pleasantly surprised in the overall experience. As a new client I have found their staff to be responsive and knowledgeable.
I want to mention that I was especially surprised to get an answer when calling at 7:30am upon arriving at my office and finding my server had crashed overnight during an update. I immensely appreciated that they rearranged schedules to come over that same morning. They were understanding of my critical deadlines for the day and that the situation had paralyzed my business. Their technician immediately downloaded the most urgent files so that I could work while proceeding to diagnose the cause of the problem and eventually repaired it.
I commend them for their excellent service and definitely recommend Computer Doctors to anyone needing computer services.
