by far the most unprofessional company i have ever attempted to work with. if Isamel Mendez and his superior Anthony are further indication that the type of rude unhelpful customer service available permeates this company-no wonder the installation was such a mess-these men were the definition of unprofessional!Anthony said to me "they paged me and i came a long way,what do you want?" This project was measured inaccurately and then the installers tried to "jam" shelves etc into place. they cracked my wall trying to install shelves that did not fit and then each shelf was cracked when they pounded them in place. the product was inferior and not at all what was represented when i purchased it from the "designer". they did not vacume or clean the mess they left after the initial install. The closet factory people call me about every 10 days to discuss my payment- each time i tell them to send someone of authority out to see my issues in person. each time they wait 7- 10 days then send another installer who is clueless as to what he is there to do(not his fault)-the last one pounded the "adjustable" shelves out and flipped them over so the chips didnt show-this was the "fix" i still have no molding, cracked walls and chipped shelves. horrible company - less than 1 star would be appropriate.
