I am very dissastisfied with my experience with GE Money. The website offers no physical address to which correspondence can be directed. The telephone services are not user friendly if the user wants to speak to a customer representative. The customer representative was obviously in a foreign country. He could not understand me and I could not understand him. The APR on this card is 29.99% which is exorbitant, even though I have never been late with a payment for the duration of my account. I called to negotiate a lower interest rate, which took an extremely long time, and was met with resistance.
