I Purchase an RCA RCM-628 stereo for $249.00 and had it installed on 8/26/2009, the stereo stopped working and my wife brought it back to Car Stereo Plaza to have it looked at, they told my wife the stereo needed to be replaced, since it was under CSP 1 year warranty they would replace it.
When my wife came back for the car 3 hrs later it had a different stereo, NAXA NCA-671 she asked about it and was told the stereo was a brand name comparable.
They LIED to my wife the NAXA stereo sells for $50.00, alot less than what we had paid for the RCA ($249.00). I went back to the shop to ask them to replace it with a comparable quality stereo as the RCA we had paid for, but they told me we were lucky the stereo was replaced and that is all we were getting and to take them to court if I wanted.
THEY LIE AND DO NOT HONOR THE GUARANTEE,
I WILL TAKE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS LIERS...
