This place is terrible! I had previously gone to the one in Norco, Ca for 10 years, since it was the closest car wash. They never "wowed" me with their service or completion of the work, but they took it too far when they ruined a portion of my paint while completing a detail service. I immediately showed it to the GM Eddie, laugh, and he didnt care. It was obvious damage cause by them and he refused to refund my $100 service cost. It cost $200 to fix the damage! I contacted corporate customer service AND the BBB. Car Spa did not return my calls or emails, AND they didn't even respond the the BBB complaint! These guys are crooks! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
