Toner Scam

We are a non-profit organization. This company called an posed as our copier rep. We have a service contract for toner with another company. They inferred that they were our tech (who had been working on our copier THAT WEEK) and that we needed to order
a toner package right away. Now that it is here (with it's obnoxious invoice) we can not reach anyone at the numbers provided on the paperwork. I have left a voice mail message that they can provide us a return authorization for the toner cartridge and take
it back or consider it a gift - because we are not paying for it. I have also contacted our organizations attorney for recommendations on reporting both of the companies involved - Capital Supply Center and IDCServco Business Services in Culver City, CA.
