I have bought thousands of dollars of silver from CNI and the transaction was expedited quickly and successfully arriving at my out of state post officein three days. Today i called CNI for a quote on what they would buy a bag of silver for. The woman put me on hold for a long time, until a man came on the line and asked if I had been helped. I asked for a real time quote for buy back given their closing earlier in the day for silver was sixty cents less. He rudely refused to give me an updated quote and told me I should be happy with selling at what their chart indicated earlier in the day. The increase in value would amount to hundreds of dollars. He told me the spread was fair and if I could get a better price elsewhere then I should do so. This is questionable business practice and rude deportment in dealing with a customer who has spent a great deal of money with their company, of which I informed him of this fact. Frankly, I am shocked they are in business with this sort of person working for them. Two of their employees were less than helpful.
