Bug Central went above and beyond for me. It was my first time needing to call a pest control company to take care of a rat that got in the attic of the house I moved into. I called several companies late in the afternoon hoping to get someone out the same day. To my surprise Bug Central was willing to come out after hours at no extra charge to look at my problem. They inspected the attic and figured out how the rat was getting in and out. Their was no sign of the rat so they sealed up the entry hole and set up some traps just in case. I felt really happy and at piece going to sleep that night. I just couldn't think of sleeping in my house knowing a rat was running around above me. Thanks Bug Central, I will highly recommend your company if I hear someone has a rat of bug problem.
