An A+ rating from the BBB is very misleading in some respect. Their anti-virus product and customer service are subpar to say the least. When I tried to get a problem resolved (their product stopped scanning after 4 months of use), they stopped responding to my requests for help. After 2 months of no replies to repeated e-mails I sent them, I contacted the BBB and the company finally responded. Go figure. To fix a problem with their software, I was instructed to turn off the User Access Control, a Windows security feature. Not a very good solution. I asked when this would be resolved - guess what? They never responded. I would never purchase nor recommend products from this company. Look at all of the low ratings on Amazon as backup to my claim.
