Bank Ready was able to get us closer to what we have been trying to get, in terms of lowering our payments to a more fair amount, than anyone else we have worked with. We were 4 months behind on our payment and our bank was unwilling to help us. After receiving our paperwork from bank ready and submitting it to the lender they gave us a temporary 3 month trial period where we were able to pay reduced payments. We are told that if we continue to make these payments on time then we can keep this reduced payment and put the back payments on the back of the loan. The guys at bank ready were also easy to talk with. We could tell that the processor (jimmy I think) cared about our hardship letter and put a lot of time into getting all the facts straight.
