This is the worst computer and electronics internet retailer I have ever dealt with!!! Do NOT do business with or purchase anything from this company or any affiliated websites, including pcrush.com!
I ordered a new HP 2025 printer from pcrush.com. Shortly, after placing my order, I received a phone call from a pcrush representative telling me that they didn't have a new 2025 with a toner. They offered to send me a new 2025 without a toner or a refurbished HP 2050 (wrong model) with toner. I unequivocally told them that I wanted a brand new 2025 with toner, otherwise to cancel my order. Despite my unequivocal instruction, I received the refurbished 2050. They sent me the wrong printer and to make matters worse, the wrong printer wasn't even new, it was refurbished.
My dealings with pcrush went from bad to worse. After they admitted to sending the wrong printer, they sent me a shipping label to ship the wrong printer back to them. I shipped the printer to them on Feb. 26, which they received on March 3rd. Nearly 3 weeks after they received the printer (March 23), I called to inquire into why they had not issued a refund. They confirmed that the printer was received on March 3rd, but said it was "lost" in their warehouse. After demanding that a refund be issued immediately, they said they would issue a refund within 2 days. Two days later, I called a second time to inform pcrush that my credit card statement did not show a credit. They told me that the credit for the refund was issued and to allow 24 hours for it be reflected on my credit card statement. I called my credit card company to see if pcrush ever issued a credit (as they claimed) and the company confirmed that they never received authorization from pcrush to issue a credit in the amount of the refund. To the date of this review (March 26, 2011), I have not received a refund for the printer, which was returned to pcrush on March 3rd.
Let my nightmarish experience with pcrush.com (parent company is Atman, Inc.) be a learning lesson to all of you, your loved ones, and friends. Do NOT do business with or purchase anything from pcrush.com or its parent company Atman, Inc. Tell your loved ones and your friends to do the same. As my experience clearly shows, pcrush.com and Atman, Inc. are shaddy and crocked businesses.
