My wife and I sent two boxes to the Philippines. It was full of christmas gifts but when my brother in law received it, the two boxes were half way empty. So, I called the costumer service but they told me to email Anthony Eugenio (anthony.eugenio@atlasshippers.com) He is located in Las Pinas Philippines. We have been complaining for almost a year now, but this guy did not do any action. I will never use ATLAS ever again. I sent two boxes last month but I used (XYZ cargo shippers) and the driver told me that he used to work for ATLAS here in california but he resigned because of this problem, he was aware that ATLAS is stealing stuff from their costumer's boxes.
