Estimated time of arrival is a crap!

My wife sent us a package last june 11 then she said to expect it after a month. I check their online tracking and it says july 11. The following week when I checked, it was moved to july 15, after 2 days, it was moved again to july 19 and again was moved
to Aug 5. This is the most frustating part, when I checked this morning, it was moved again on aug 15. How many times are they gonna change that estimated time of delivery. Why can't they tell if it is gonna be delivered after 5 months rather than giving customers
false information and full of crap explanation, so that we can find other shipping company that can deliver on time.
