This is written to anyone that is in need of a home loan modification but is skeptical of the end result,
I was very skeptical that the outcome would not warrant my time and effort put into the undertaking of a home loan modification but as the recession hit us harder and harder, our payments of almost $3000.00 per month became unmanageable. After being inundated with offers from various home loan modification attorneys, I finally decided on them. I was not sure that my loan payment would change at all. I desperately needed my payment to go down about seven hundred a month to be able to get through this recession and be able to keep my home.
Throughout this undertaking, I have worked closely with my Case manager allot of time and paperwork went into this. He assured me many times that it would pay off for me.
The end result far, far exceeded my wildest expectations. My monthly loan payment was reduced by 50%. There aren't words to describe the tremendous financial burden that has been lifted from me. I am very grateful and highly recommend the Law group and specifically frank to anyone considering a home loan modification.
