Ordered tires from onlinetire.com and received tracking numbers via email. Shipment never left the warehouse and was never picked up by Fedex. Called many times, most of the time the line was busy. When I did get a person he told me that the tires had been sent out to some other state and gave me two other incorrect tracking numbers that were not mine. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order and he hung up on me. They disconnected me several other times that I had called to check on my order status. They also don't respond to emails, I sent two requesting status of my order and heard nothing back. Terrible experience and horrible customer service, Beware!
