Absolutely the WORST experience ever! Al was sent to me by my insurance company, and he was incompetent from the start. The only problems we had were two dripping faucets; by the time he got through "fixing" them, the kitchen faucet was completely broken and inoperable; and worse, water had started streaming from the dining room ceiling as a result of his using faulty parts to "repair" the shower upstairs. What a nightmare! And the whole time, he refused to accept responsibility and tried to make out that all the problems were MY fault! I wouldn't wish this guy on my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!
