Do not believe anything they say. Loni or Tony will tell you what you want to hear in order to get your business. I contracted them on June 13, 2008 to move our belongings, and also to contract a car carrier. We were promised a 6 to 8 day delivery. Pick-up of goods (Meyers Van Lines of CA) arrived at 10:15PM not at 8:00AM as stated on original time of contract. They have had our belongings for 15 days and still cannot tell us when to expect delivery, and that they have 60 days before they default on their contract. We have made numerous phone calls and given over 6 people (all dispatchers) to call to get information from as to where and when we can expect delivery. Most calls were not returned and when we did get to talk to someone the answer was (on the car - we will deliiver tomorrow, the driver will call you later today. This went on for three days.
On the belongings the answer was - you can call the driver -(actually a dispatcher) Loni could not tell us where the belongs were but would probably be delivered by the end of the following week. That would make it a total of over three weeks. At this time we do not know were our possesions are!
The car took over 16 days to arrive, when told it would also arrive 6 to 8 days after pickup.
