In 2007 I registered a domain with LunarPages as part of their "Free Domain for Life" offer. LunarPages has renewed this domain for me every year since then at no charge pursuant to the offer. This domain was set to expire again in October of 2010, but this time LunarPages failed to abide by their contractual obligation and did not renew my domain. My domain was purchased by a thrid party reseller, and is now for sale at a price of $788
I initiated an online support ticket on November 13, 2010, and have placed numerous calls to customer support regarding this matter. I have been informed by the support techs that the issue is with their supervisor Greg Keil, and they have assured me that he will call me within 24 hours. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received a call from Mr. Keil
