I've had the customer support ignoring me for almost 6 months now. I have sent them numerous e-mails about my account and receive no replies. AND the last reply I did receive was rude, arrogant, and not professional in any way.
The sad thing is many of us bought into this thinking we were going to 'set it and forget it' as promised by Ginsberg, and then later were spanked on the hand by him for thinking such a thing. Avoid speedlings and anything else with his name attached to it.
