Has anyone had any experience with Lifeguard Financial. They are BBB accredited but have a rating of NR.

If the company is a debt negotiator, you should use caution before proceeding. Consumers typically state that although these companies make promises of huge savings, in the saving don't materialize. Consumer's credit ratings are often ruined, they can be sued by the creditors and at the end of the day, they are worse off than when the began.
